Come and meet Ryan and try some new and different beers.
Here’s what Beer Blogger Dave Breakenridge says:
“Award-winning Mill Street Brewery never fails to surprise.
They’ve been brewing up an interesting variety of stouts, porters and IPAs for the last 10 years and their efforts have won the coveted Canadian Brewery of the Year Award three times.
Mill Street did a tea beer long before Coors thought of it, have been making a refreshing organic lager for years and do a good take on a coffee porter.”
Try the Imp Springbock – smoked malt, blended with Ontario maple syrup and lightly hopped. They describe it as a “variant of a carbonated Irish Red Ale”
Or the Organic Cobblestone Stout- a traditional styled Irish Stout that is served using beer gas to produce that familiar creamy pore. This is the same system that draft Guinness uses. Our black stout has a roasted malt flavour and a hint of toasted walnuts and chocolate in the finish. Select imported hops are used to dry out the finish of this ale.
Or our seasonal from Mill St:
Paradise I.P.A. -Pours a clean copper colour with an off-white cap that is bubbly, creamy, with great retention and loads of lace. – alcohol content as it is written 7.2% ABV -Beautiful cascade hop aromas with mild grainy malts in the background. Medium-bodied with a nice warming smoothness to it. -The hop is nicely balanced in the taste, between the medium bitterness, the medium dryness and the alcohol warmth. A very good IPA.
And of course Mill Street Organic Ale.
